Design/Build services we assume single-source
responsibility for design and construction. Under Design/Build, the
owner contracts directly with J&F Construction, and we assume all
liability for the project.
The Design/Build
approach differs from the traditional method of awarding contracts
separately for design and construction. With J&F Construction, we
also assume the design responsibility for the owner.
